I have found the Enneagram to be very useful for helping people understand their own strengths and weaknesses. This plan leverages that information to help you understand what motivates you and what may trip you up.

The Ultimate Weight Loss Plan Powered By The Enneagram has six basic modules that will give you solid nutritional information along with information on exercise and motivation. There are also 9 separate modules based on each of the nine Enneagram types with specific recommendations for exercise and a menu. I include a detailed 3-week menu and a 3-week exercise plan for each Enneagram Type.

In the modules on the Enneagram, we discuss the basic strengths and weakness of each type and make practical suggestion on how to avoid traps and what to do when you have a setback.
